Dr Tünde Kiss Horváthné
research fellow
She has been working in HáGK (Research Centre for Farm Animal Gene Conservasion) since 2014 as a research fellow. Her field of research at the present include determination, analysis and comparative investigations of biochemical parameters in Hungarian honeys from different geographical and botanical origins. Her former fields of research were connected to biochemistry, particularly enzimology and carbohydrate chemistry. She obtained her PhD degree in 2003 at the University of Debrecen. The topic of her thesis was involved investigations of ß-D-xylosidases.
