Nikoletta Sztán

She has been employed in KÁTKI since 2010 and as an assistant research fellow since 2012.
Her research area at the present is manipulations of embryonic cells, deep freezing and use of such cells in the in vitro gene conservation, as well as investigations of gene expression. Since 2012 she has been a scholarship-holder full time PhD student in the Doctoral School of Animal Sciences of Szent István University. She was an active participant in the bilateral French-Hungarian project titled “Development and use of biotechnological methods in the reproductive biology of poultry for the conservation of genetic diversity (2010-2013)”.
