XIV th European Poultry Conference
Stavanger, Norway 23.-27. June 2014
Every 4 years the EPC is the greatest European forum of the poultry researches. In Stavanger 31 invited speakers, 167 short oral presenters and 228 poster presenters showed their work. Together, they addressed a broad array of timely and academically as well as commercially interesting topics.
From our institute Krisztina Liptói and Nikoletta Sztán took part with posters: “Liptoi, K., Horváth, G., Rohn, E., Gal, J., Varadi, E., Barna, J.: Various donor/recipient combinations for gonadal tissue transfer in chicken” and “Sztán, N., Várkonyi, E.P., Bodzsár, N., Fejszák, N., Liptói, K., Barna, J.: Adaptation of intra-cardiac blastodermal cell injection methodology to Hungarian goose”. Nikoletta was participant at the youth program too.
The aim of the organizer was to combine the straightforward and informal matter-of-factly Norwegian culture with professionalism and hospitality at the highest level, to assure that delegates to the conference always feel taken care of and at home. They succeed!
